GENERAL
How do I become a VIP Perks member?
Becoming a member of our VIP Perks program is simple! All you need to do is create an account by clicking on the VIP Perks link at the bottom of our website and then follow the prompts.
Please note: Wholesale partners are not permitted to participate in the retail VIP Perks program
when performing activities directly related to the operations of the wholesale account registered with Grace & Lace. However, we value all of our wholesale partners and have implemented special perks, discounts, and a unique tiered savings program just for you! We encourage you to reach out to your account manager to find out more details.
I already have a Grace & Lace account. Do I need to create a new one to become a VIP Perks member?
We took care of that for you! All Grace & Lace customers with an active account were automatically enrolled into our VIP Perks program. If you have had more than one customer account with us, please note that only one VIP Perks program account was created per person.
What is the advantage of becoming a VIP Perks member?
Our VIP Perks program is a tiered program that allows members to earn more perks the more they spend with us. Members receive free shipping at lower thresholds, can earn priority processing, and are even gifted with a discount just for having a birthday! You can view the full list of perks on our VIP Perks page.
Being part of our VIP Perks program also allows our Customer Care team to assist you more quickly and efficiently. In addition, you can view your order history, receive up to date order status, create and share wish lists, and store addresses for quicker checkouts.
I forgot to sign in before placing my last order. Do I still receive credit for that purchase?
We are unable to manually account for dollars spent for purchases made when you are not logged into your account, so please be sure to always sign in to your account before placing an order.
Tier Status
How do I qualify for a new tier?
Tiers are based on your net spending with Grace & Lace over a 12 month cycle. When you create an account you are automatically enrolled in the 'Gold' tier. As soon as your net spending on full and sale priced items (purchases - refunds) reaches $1000 you will be moved into our Platinum tier and receive the additional perks that come with that. At $2000 you will move into our Diamond tier.
Does my VIP Perks Tier Status ever expire?
Once you reach a tier status, you will remain at that status for twelve months starting on the day that you crossed into that tier. This date will differ from customer to customer and is unique to your VIP Perks account. You can only move up in tier status and will not be moved backwards or dropped from that tier within a twelve month period. If you move up in status, your twelve month timeframe resets to the day that you crossed into the new tier. However, once the twelve months have passed, your tier status may decrease if you did not spend the required amount in order to cross the threshold of your current or higher tier over the course of the previous twelve months.
How do I know which Perks tier I am currently a member of?
When you are signed into your VIP Perks account, your home page will list all of the program tiers. Your current tier and perks will be highlighted with a box around it.
How will I know when I have reached a new tier?
The quickest way to find out if you have crossed into a new tier threshold is to log into your VIP Perks account and scroll down to the tier grid to see which tier has a box around it.
Is the free U.S. shipping that my tier qualifies me for automatically applied to my cart or do I need a coupon?
Isn’t free shipping the best!? Good news - as long as you are signed into your account and your order subtotal meets the minimum purchase amount that your current Perks tier requires to qualify, our system will automatically recognize the perk and ‘free shipping’ will be offered as an option at checkout. Simply select this option and your package will be shipped anywhere in the US free of charge. Please note: if given the option between ‘free shipping’ and ‘free Platinum/Diamond shipping’ you may select either one. There is no difference in the shipping method between these two ‘free’ options.
What is the priority processing perk?
If you are a member of our Platinum or Diamond tiers,you now qualify for priority processing. This means that on launch days (or any other day you choose to shop with us), your order will be moved to the top of the shipping queue to be packed up and shipped out from our warehouse - so you’ll have your new Grace & Lace item in your hands quicker than ever before!
Please note: orders are prioritized by date and perks status and then shipped in the order received. With a large volume of orders at one time it can still take several days for priority processing orders to be fulfilled.
Coupons
How can I make sure that I am signed up to receive a Birthday coupon?
In order for us to be able to send you a Birthday coupon, you need to register the date of your birthday in the VIP Perks program at least 8 days prior to your birthday. To do this, sign in to your VIP Perks account and scroll down until you see the prompt ‘share your birthday’. Within that section, find the icon of the birthday cake and click the ‘add birthday’ button. As soon as your birthday has been added you will be eligible to receive a coupon on your next birthday as outlined below.
If you do not see the 'share your birthday' section on the VIP Perks page this indicates that we already have your birthday on file so no action is necessary on your part.
How and when are birthday coupons distributed?
If you have registered your birthday in the VIP Perks program, you will receive an email 7 days prior to your birthday that includes a coupon for you to apply your birthday discount at checkout. Please note: In order to receive this coupon, you must be an active subscriber of our marketing emails 8 days prior to the date of your birthday. If you have unsubscribed, we will not be able to resend or provide you with your coupon code any other way. To resubscribe, scroll to the bottom of the website and enter your email in the 'Sign up for Emails' section.
Do birthday coupons ever expire?
Yes. The expiration timeframe of your birthday coupon is dependent on the tier status that you are in 7 days prior to your birthday. Diamond and Platinum tier birthday coupons expire 30 days after your birthday. Gold tier coupons expire 14 days after your birthday.
I signed up but I didn’t receive my Birthday coupon?
Happy Birthday! We’re so glad that you have chosen to celebrate with us through our VIP Perks program. In order for you to receive your birthday coupon, you must register your birthday in the VIP Perks program by at least 11:59pm (in your time zone) 8 days prior to your birthday. If you register your birthday less than 8 days prior to the actual date your birthday coupon will not be emailed until the following year, 7 days prior to your birthday. Remember, birthday coupons are determined by the VIP Perks member tier that you are part of 7 days prior to your birthday. If you have not received your birthday coupon by your birth date, please contact us via our Contact page and we will be happy to assist you.

What happens if I return something that I redeemed a coupon on?
Coupons are one time use only, meaning that if you return an item purchased with a coupon, you will not receive merchandise credit for the discounted portion of the order. You will only receive a refund or credit for the amount that you paid out of pocket for the order.
Miscellaneous
I don’t live in the U.S. What perks do I receive for being part of the VIP Perks program?
Although we are unable to offer free shipping to our international customers, you are still eligible to receive your birthday discount as well as qualify for priority processing at the platinum and diamond tier levels.
How do I cancel my membership?
Before you go, we want to make sure you know that having an account with us has many benefits outside of the VIP Perks. By keeping your Grace & Lace account active, not only will you receive VIPperks, but it will also allow you to view your order history, receive up to date order statuses, create and share wish lists, and store addresses for quicker checkouts. If you are sure that you would like to deactivate your Grace & Lace account and cancel your VIP Perks membership, you can contact us through our Contact page and reference ‘VIP Perks’ as the subject.
