Smocked, peplum, short sleeve top. Woven material with flutter sleeve. Bodice is smocked and stretchy. Fit is true to size. If between sizes, size up.
Melissa is 5’5” size 4 and sometimes between an Extra Small (XS) and Small (S) and she prefers the S. But can wear the XS due to the stretch.
Model is 5'4" wearing an XS.
